Directions: Place one tablet on the floor of the shower where the water will reach it but won't spray it directly. It will begin to fizz and release a soothing aroma that will leave you feeling calm and relaxed. 

Ingredients: Sodium Bicarbonate, Citric Acid, Corn Starch, Potassium Bitartrate, Fragrance, Titanium Dioxide, Mica, & Iron Oxide.
