Black and Tan summer blend

Soap type – Pale ale and raspberry stout blend

• Our Black and tan craft beer soap is as cool and eye catching as the beer style its derived from. Classic black and tans were made by pouring two beers together to create two contrasting layers. When done correctly a black and tan is formed by pouring the higher density (FG) stout over the lighter pale ale base this would create a drink that starts out and finishes differently. Pretty cool don’t you think!

• We take pale ale and raspberry stout mixture and boil it down to make a awesome syrup that is combined with coconut, palm and olive oils to create the perfect soap blend that is poured in 2 layers to mimic the drink its named after

• This Black and tan soap has a rich crisp scent that combines the oatmeal creamy aroma from the stout with a mild lemon , green raspberry leaf and berry scent and a slight beer and rose undertone.

• This is a limited run based on my favorite type of stout I drink in the summer a raspberry stout and pale ale mix

• This is the perfect scent for a his and hers shared soap bar and a farmers market favorite

Bar Soap 101

What do most people do with a bar of soap? You guessed it, clean yourself! Ok seriously, this is a great bar of soap and for best results we recommend getting the bar and your skin wet and then stepping away from the direct flow of water to create a lather. If you keep the bar of soap under the running water it will dissolve faster and you will go through your bar of soap a lot quicker.
Want your bar last even longer? We already said don't leave it under running water for a long period of time, less is better, you only need it to be wet enough to build your lather. After use, place on a drying rack (container/soap dish that doesn't leave the bar soaking in water) and allow it to air dry. You will find these bars will last you quite awhile when used and cared for properly.
Now that you read all this great info, go forward and lather up with your favorite Akenehi soap bar.
