Wholesale Terms & Conditions
Please note that our products are offered at wholesale cost to retailers with a valid sales permit ID for the purpose of resale only.
Once you have been approved as an Akenehi wholesaler / drop shipping account, we will email you the information you will need to access our wholesale shopping page where you can purchase our products at a reduced price.
Order Fulfillment: Our products are handcrafted in small batches to ensure quality and freshness. Most orders are fulfilled 2-4 weeks after purchase. We take pride in creating the products at the time of order to ensure you receive a high quality and fresh product that your customers expect from a premium product. This allows us time get any needed supplies and time to create your hand made products. We are a small company and we don’t keep massive amounts of stock or supplies on hand.
Shipping & Handling: We don't charge any shipping fees. Shipping is built into our product pricing. This way you always know exactly what you will pay and we have the break down on each product description so you can see the potential you can make off each product. We reserve the right to refuse any order felt to be fraudulent. At this time we only ship to locations in the US.
Payments: With our low MOQ we require all orders to be paid for in full in U.S. currency prior to shipment. We do not offer payment terms (Net 30, 60, 90, etc. ). We accept all major credit cards. Credit Card charges will appear on your statement as Akenehi LLC.
Returns & Restocking Fees: We stand behind our products and want to maintain a great relationship with our retailers. After all, you’re family. All retail orders come with a 5 day money back guarantee. Items must be in resalable condition. Simply return the merchandise with the original invoice and a note stating your reason for return and we’ll gladly refund your purchase price. Shipping & handling charges are not refundable (you will be responsible for the return shipping), and a 15% re-stocking fee will be deducted from the refund. Custom orders and private label orders can not be returned, due to the fact we create them specifically for you and would be unable to sell them.
Lost, Incorrect or Damaged Goods: If your merchandise is damaged or incorrect upon arrival, save all contents and packing materials and contact us within 3 business days after its arrival. Shipments that arrive in damaged condition will be replaced only after the damaged merchandise has been returned to Akenehi within 10 days of receipt for inspection. Shipments that have been determined to be lost, after thoroughly researching the package through delivery confirmation tracking, will be replaced. For both circumstances, a monetary refund will not be given.
Canceling/Changing Your Order: Due to the fact we make the products for you when you order, we get to moving pretty quickly when you place that order, we cannot guarantee that your order can be cancelled or altered after it has been placed. You may contact us as soon as possible to see if your order has already started to be processed. In the event that it has not, we will be more than happy to make changes to it. If it has already begun the creation process we will not be able to make any changes.
Display: It is your responsibility to maintain a clean environment, remove expired product, and replace tester products as needed. Failure to maintain a clean display and products can result in termination of your wholesale account.
Territory Limitations: The sale or distribution of Akenehi products outside the United States or to a third party other than an end consumer is strictly prohibited unless specifically approved in writing by Akenehi. Akenehi reserves the right to cancel or limit the sale of its products to parties whose sales and distribution strategies are incompatible with those of Akenehi. We offer zip code exclusivity. To maintain exclusive status, regular orders should be placed throughout the year. After six months of inactivity your area will become open to new inquiring vendors.
Drop Ship / Internet Retailer Requirements: Resellers must have privacy and customer service policies. It is crucial that Akenehi remains a reputable and trusted brand. All internet resellers must have a web address of their own. You may not use a subdirectory of another company’s URL, such as an Amazon or sell products through any online auction site such as eBay. Once your account is approved, we will send product photography free of charge for use on your website. The presentation of our products on your site must clearly differentiate from the Akenehi company website and must not confuse a “reasonable consumer”. We will review your website prior to setting up an account and we reserve the right to refuse sales at its discretion. We will also review your site periodically to ensure ongoing compliance with this policy.
Drop Ship: You are responsible for ensuring your customer's information is entered correctly in the shipping section of the checkout screen. You are responsible for relaying the order processing and expectations to your customers.
By placing a wholesale or drop ship order, you are stating that you understand and adhere to all policies set forth by Akenehi.
