Eucalyptus & Spearmint salt & butter soap bars have a fresh clean scent that is great for everyone. Guys and girls alike love the fresh, clean scent. While it has the herb scent it lacks the medicinal tones of menthol that is normally produced in eucalyptus and mint. It is refreshing and invigorating waking up your senses while soothing a tired body.
Why use a salt and butter bar over traditional soap bars?
I am so glad you asked. The salt creates a hard bar of soap that won't get mushy when used correctly (see the directions tab for more information on how to use and care for your soap bar). Sea salts are full of minerals beneficial to the skin like magnesium, zinc, calcium, potassium and more. Sea salts are also known to exfoliate however the soap bars are not gritty they are smooth once they come in contact with water. Salt can be drying but when combined with shea, mango, and cocoa butter it creates the right amount of clean without drying out your skin. Last let's talk about the lather, these babies lather up good.

Bar Soap 101
What do most people do with a bar of soap? You guessed it, clean yourself! Ok seriously, this is a great bar of soap and for best results we recommend getting the bar and your skin wet and then stepping away from the direct flow of water to create a lather. If you keep the bar of soap under the running water it will dissolve faster and you will go through your bar of soap a lot quicker. Salt and Butter bars lather well and if you are a little lazy like me and don't like to have lots of products around, ladies, rub it all over your legs, it will build a great shavable lather.
Now on to how to make your bar last even longer. We already said don't leave it under running water for a long period of time, less is better, you only need it to be wet enough to build your lather. After use, place on a drying rack (container/soap dish that doesn't leave the bar soaking in water) and allow it to air dry. You will find these bars will last you quite awhile when used and cared for properly.
Now that you read all this great info, go forward and lather up with your favorite Akenehi salt and butter soap bar.
Please note when you first receive your salt soap bar it may seem just a little crumbly, this is normal. Once you get your bar wet it will become smooth.
